It took a while to find a buyer first time round because of the uniqueness of our position and garden. Unfortunately that sale fell through because of problems at the start of the chain. The house was put back on the market and was quickly sold again for more the first sale. Amy in the office kept us informed of progress with great, responsive communication. From the day we signed up with Abshot Estates, we found that Jack and his team were relentless in ensuring our needs were met in terms of booking viewings that suited us and keeping us informed of any potential offers. Unlike some other estate agents, Jack is honest and clear with the valuation expectations as well as considering your own expectations in terms of where to pitch the value of your property - optimistic but also realisitic. His research on similar properties is very impressive to give you a realisitic price comparison when considering what to value your house at. Throughout the sales journey, Jack was always at the end of the phone either text or call even on the weekends which again us unlike many estate agents. He kept us up to date right up until we had completed. Be assured you are in safe hands and we would highly recommend him to anyone selling their house. read less

Compared to others we had round he was enthusiatic about the property and focused on the positives rather than any negatives likes other agents seemed to get hung up on. We could tell this would rub off on potential buyers and he seemed to have ideas for promoting it that other agents hadnt considered or suggested. Unsurprisingly we sold in 4 days for well over asking. From that point on he has been attentive and professional. Things like setting up a whstsapp group so we could contact him whenever we liked add to the personal experience. We completed this week and it has been pretty much stress free.
